The after-sales team will conduct research and submit investigation reports with our QA & QC department:
1. If the packaging is damaged but the ingredients are in good condition, we will provide replacement packaging materials free of charge.
2. If there is a slight defect in the ingredients, we will arrange discounts or corresponding compensation.
3. If there is a severe quality problem, we will inspect the issue and provide a complete replacement after obtaining your approval.
